Exterior Waterproofing

The most permanent way to keep a basement dry: stop water on the outside of the foundation before it ever reaches the wall.

§ Exterior Waterproofing

Exterior waterproofing is the gold standard for a permanently dry basement. Rather than managing water after it enters, we excavate down to the footing, treat the foundation wall itself, and build a drainage system that carries groundwater away under its own gravity.

It's the most involved waterproofing method — and the most effective. Once the wall is cleaned, sealed, wrapped in a waterproof membrane and Delta wrap, and tied into a healthy weeping tile system, hydrostatic pressure has nowhere to push. We backfill, restore the site, and the problem is solved at its source.

If your home has recurring leaks, foundation cracks below grade, or a failed original waterproofing layer, this is the system built to outlast it.

What's included

Everything the job calls for.

On site

In the field.

Why it works

Pressure has nowhere to go.

01

Intercept

Water is caught at the wall face before it can reach concrete.

02

Redirect

The membrane and Delta wrap channel it down to the weeping tile.

03

Carry away

Weeping tile moves groundwater away from the footing under gravity.

04

Relieve

Hydrostatic pressure drops — and stays down.

+ The payoff

What you get.

  • Prevents water infiltration
Stops intrusion at the source, not after the fact.
  • Protects foundation walls
Shields concrete from long-term water damage and erosion.
  • Reduces hydrostatic pressure
Relieves the force that pushes water through the wall.
  • Increases property value
A documented dry foundation is a real selling point.
  • Long-term solution
Built to perform for the life of the home.
